Neck Pain

When I first started my treatment program, I was in constant pain in my lower back and neck.  While driving, I was experiencing a great degree of difficulty turning my head in order to see if another vehicle was approaching.  Sometimes I had to unbuckle my seat belt in order to twist my entire body just to see if it was safe to pull out in traffic.

After about 2 to 3 visits, I realized that I had a greater range of motion in my neck.  I was shocked; I didn't have to turn my body in order to look for approaching cars.  I could turn my head like a normal person.  The range of motion in my neck has kept improving and I am able to do a lot of things that I couldn't do before.

I have a 2 1/2 year old grandson and 2 month old twin grandbabies (a boy and a girl) and because of the wonderful treatment that I have received at Active Life Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center, I am able to get down on the floor and really enjoy my grandchildren.
